PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
A child spends three-fourth of his/her time on campus; hence I believe that a teacher plays a vital role in moulding them into a morally, mentally, emotionally and physically sound individual. My vision is to provide a loving, secure and challenging environment to each and every child studying in M.G.R. Adarsh.

I believe that a school plays a crucial role in ensuring that the child has every support needed to realize their dreams. Every child is his/her own individual and has unique needs.

I strive to ensure that the school adapts to the rapidly evolving environment by providing the best possible education, equipping the students with accurate knowledge to be successful in this fast-paced world. Over 31 years of experience in the education sector as a Teacher and Principal, has transformed me into a seasoned leader capable of dealing with these challenging situations. I also make it my personal goal to be approachable and accessible to my students. I foster a comfortable environment where they can share their thoughts and ideas freely and I inspire them to reach for the stars in all their endeavours.

​To aid the students to achieve their dreams, here are some of the things I have incorporated and continue to enhance:
1. Mandated extra-curricular activities to ensure that every child in my school will be involved in some type of club or activity. The students can choose from an array of clubs/activities which are tailored to fit their interests. This helps them develop their self-esteem.
2. Our teachers are extremely skilled. Regular workshops are organized for the teachers to hone their skills. This helps freshen their routine and enables them to grow fearlessly to keep up with the current demanding need in the stream of education. I identify each teacher’s strengths and redirect that accurately to impact the growth of the school.
3. Weekly forums are held for the teachers to voice their thoughts and opinions to help forge the school’s path towards excellence.
4. Regular parent-teacher meetings are held to discuss the parent’s expectations, needs of the student, and their academic performance.
Above all, I endeavour to make M.G.R Adarsh a nurturing environment for the students to become well-rounded individuals. I envision the school to be a place where smiling faces shine brightly and sounds of laughter fill the grounds, where every new day is an opportunity for every student to achieve their full potential. Finally, I will work tirelessly to ensure the legacy of this institution will last for generations.
