Founders Vision

The Punjab Association and all its institutions owes an irredeemable debt of gratitude to its Founder President, the late Padmashri Ln. Col. Gurdial Singh Gill, who during his long, untiring and unbroken stewardship marked by keen insight for-sighted vision and crusading its General secretary for more than 55 years and had become a legend in his lifetime, the main motivating force and the guiding spirit behind the marvellous growth and development of the Association.

The founder president was suitably awarded “Padmashri” award in 1984.Although they are no longer with us, the massive institutions they had built will stand as monumental tributes to the saga of their selfless service and sacrifice.
